1. About these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your access to and use of the ThaiConnect website operated by ThaiConnect, 92/26 Thanon Rat Phatthana, Saphan Sung, Bangkok 10240, Thailand (“ThaiConnect”, “we”, “us”). By using this website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Any actual service we provide is defined exclusively by the individual written quotation and engagement contract we issue to you and which you accept. That document sets out the precise scope, deliverables, timing and fees of the work. If anything on this website appears to differ from your quotation or contract, the quotation and contract prevail. Marketing descriptions on this site do not expand, guarantee or form part of any engagement.
4. No guaranteed outcomes
We provide advisory, facilitation, sourcing, verification, representation and coordination services with professional care. We do not guarantee any particular result — including, for example, that a deal will close, that a supplier or counterparty will perform, that a price will be achieved, or that any government registration, licence or approval will be granted or granted within a particular time. Outcomes depend on third parties and factors outside our control.
5. Independent third parties
We are not a law firm, accountancy firm or licensed agency. Where an engagement involves specialists such as lawyers, accountants, suppliers, logistics providers or government bodies, those parties are independent of us. We may introduce and coordinate with them on your behalf, but we are not responsible or liable for their acts, omissions, advice, work product or fees. Your engagement with any such third party is a separate matter between you and them.
6. Your responsibilities
You agree to give us accurate and complete information for any engagement, to respond in good time, and to make your own final decisions. You are responsible for satisfying yourself, including through your own professional advisors where appropriate, before committing funds, signing documents or entering transactions.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, data or opportunity, arising out of the website or any engagement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with any engagement is limited to the fees you have paid us for that specific engagement. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, graphics, logos and design — belongs to ThaiConnect or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse it without our prior written permission.
9. Governing law and disputes
These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising from them are governed by the laws of Thailand, and the courts of Thailand have jurisdiction over any dispute relating to this website, without prejudice to any dispute-resolution terms set out in your individual engagement contract.
