Before you send funds or sign a contract, we verify the company physically, legally, and operationally, and send you the evidence. So you know exactly who you are dealing with.

The risk is real
Every week, foreign businesses send money to Thai companies they have only ever spoken to over email or WhatsApp. Most of the time it works. When it doesn't, the damage is severe and recovery is almost impossible.
The pattern is consistent. A company looks legitimate online: clean website, professional emails, a registered address, glossy product photos. The buyer asks the right questions and gets the right answers. The first invoice arrives. The money is wired. And then either nothing arrives, what arrives is nothing like what was promised, or the company quietly disappears.
Thai company law is robust on paper. In practice, recovering funds from a cross-border commercial dispute is expensive, slow, and often unsuccessful. The only reliable protection is verification: before the wire, not after.
Verification, in person and on the record
We don't run a database lookup and email you a PDF. Verification means we physically go to the company, document what we find, and confirm it matches what they have told you. For every verification engagement we deliver:
Physical site visit
We go to the registered company address and the operating address. We confirm they exist, that the company actually operates from them, and that the facilities match what was represented to you.
Official documents retrieved and verified
DBD company registration certificate, shareholder list, authorised director records, and where relevant, factory licences, VAT registration, and tax ID confirmation.
Director and shareholder background check
We verify the people listed are who they claim to be, and flag any connections to dissolved companies, ongoing litigation, or known bad actors.
Photo and video documentation
Timestamped images of the premises, the signage, the operational space, and where appropriate the goods or product samples.
Operational reality check
Is the company actually running, or is the address a service office with no real operation behind it? We can tell the difference and we tell you which one this is.
Red flag report
Anything we found that doesn't add up. We flag inconsistencies in writing, even small ones, because small inconsistencies often signal larger problems.
From inquiry to report in 7 days
You send us the company name, address, and what you are about to commit to. We confirm scope and quote quickly.
Engagement confirmed, we pull initial records from the Department of Business Development and review them against what you have been told.
Monika or a vetted local specialist conducts the site visit, takes photos and video, retrieves any in-person documents, and interviews staff or management where appropriate.
Cross-checking and red flag analysis. We compare claims against what we found.
You receive the full report. PDF, photos, video link, and a direct call with Monika to walk you through findings and answer questions.
Your verification report
A single, structured document delivered to you within 7 days containing:
- Verified company registration data with official document scans
- Director and shareholder identity confirmation
- Site visit photo report (typically 15–30 timestamped images)
- 2–5 minute video walk-through of the premises
- Operational assessment (is this a real, active business)
- Background flags on any connected parties
- Monika's written opinion: whether we would proceed, what we would clarify before proceeding, or what we would walk away from
- 30 minutes of follow-up consultation included
Typical situations
You are about to wire your first payment to a Thai supplier or manufacturer
You are entering a joint venture or partnership with a Thai company
You are buying property, equipment, or a business and need to verify the seller
You have signed a contract and something feels off, and you want a second opinion before the next milestone
You are an investor evaluating a Thai company for funding or acquisition
Other ways to verify, and where they fall short
Doing it yourself remotely
You cannot physically see the premises. You are relying on the same documents the company chose to send you.
Alibaba or platform verification
Surface-level. They confirm the company is registered. They do not visit, do not interview, do not flag operational red flags.
Hiring a Thai law firm
They can pull records and write opinion letters, but they typically do not do site visits, photo documentation, or operational assessment. And they charge ten to twenty times more for the same outcome.
Flying to Thailand yourself
You can. You also do not speak Thai, do not have a local network, do not know which questions to ask, and you spend a week and several thousand dollars to do what we do better in seven days.
Business verification pricing
A documentary check on companies you are already in contact with. We pull their official records, call the numbers they publish, and tell you within three working days whether the company in front of you is what it claims to be. THB 3,500 per additional company.
Physical site visit, official documents retrieved and verified, director and shareholder background checks, photo and video documentation, an operational reality check, and a red flag report. Delivered within 7 days.
Multiple sites, group ownership structures, urgent timelines, or unusual risk. Send us the situation, we scope it and quote a single fixed price.
To put that in perspective: if the contract you are about to enter is worth USD 20,000 or more, verification is between 3 and 5% of what you are about to risk. We have not had a client tell us afterwards it wasn't worth it.
Send us the company you are evaluating
Tell us who they are, what you are about to commit to, and what your timeline is. We will reply quickly with a clear scope, fixed price, and timeline. No back-and-forth, no quote chasing.
